Requirements

• TRAVEL:  1 business class fare.
• HOTEL:  1 night stay if I am able to secure a same day flight out of town.  2 night stay if I require a second night stay due to   flight availability.
• SPONSORSHIP:  Because I do not get paid by any companies. I leave the sponsorship involvement to you and your great team.
• AV:  I will present this in 16:9 format. 
• SCREEN:  Attendance under 75- 12 feet wide by 7 feet tall.  Over 75- 18 feet wide by 10 feet tall.
• PROJECTOR:  Preferred 10,000 lumens or greater.
• COMPUTER:  I will bring my own.  I present on a DELL PC and will co-ordinate HDMI connection hardware.
